Drone vs Ladder: What Actually Changes

The traditional ladder inspection covers what a person can safely reach, typically the eaves, the closest slopes, and whichever valleys line up with a working access point.
An aerial flight covers the entire roof surface, at any pitch, from every angle, in about twelve minutes.
The photos also become a permanent record. You can reopen the report five years later and see exactly what the roof looked like on the day you bought the house.
