Scope of service

CincyDroneInspections provides aerial photography and reporting of the exterior roof surface of a property you own or have authorization to inspect. Our reports are advisory and are not a substitute for structural engineering.

Scheduling and weather

Flights require sustained winds under 20 mph and no precipitation. If weather forces a cancellation we will reschedule at no cost.

Payment

Payment is due upon delivery of the report unless otherwise agreed in writing for portfolio clients.

Liability

CincyDroneInspections maintains $2M aerial liability coverage. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio.
