Had the report in my inbox before dinner. My adjuster actually commented on how clean it was, said most people don't send him anything close to that organized.

Booked online the night before and they were out there flying by 9. Honestly wasn't expecting it to be that fast.

Older house with some tricky airspace near the river, but they got the FAA stuff sorted without me having to do anything. Only reason it's not 5 stars is scheduling took a couple days longer than quoted, but the report itself was great.

Storm came through Friday afternoon and they were out flying Saturday morning. Claim got approved a few weeks later, no back and forth with the insurance company.

Nobody showed up to knock on doors or set up ladders, which is exactly what I wanted. The photos came out better than I expected too.

I manage a handful of buildings and used them for all of it. Pricing for multiple properties in one visit made this an easy decision.

Quick call, got on the schedule, done. Didn't have to think about it much after that.

Good experience overall. Report was thorough. Would've liked a text update when the flight was actually happening but otherwise no complaints.
