How long does a drone roof inspection take?+
A typical residential flight is 10 to 20 minutes on-site. Your annotated PDF report is delivered within 24 hours.
Do I need to be home for the inspection?+
No. We only need access to open airspace above the property. Most homeowners get their report before they get home from work.
Is a drone inspection accepted by insurance companies?+
Yes. Our reports are formatted to Xactimate and Symbility standards and include the pilot's FAA Part 107 certificate number on every page.
What if the weather is bad?+
We reschedule at no charge. Flights require sustained winds under 20 mph and no precipitation.
Do you fly in restricted airspace around CVG and Lunken?+
Yes. We hold active LAANC authorization for the Cincinnati Class B and Northern Kentucky Class D airspace and file each flight in advance.
